Chris Gould’s eagerly anticipated restaurant, Central Provisions, is now open to the public at 414 Fore Street. Boasting “good food and strong drink,” this spot will serve nightly dinner from 5 to 10 pm, with a late night menu served from 10 pm to midnight in their Wharf Street bar. The menu will focus on shareable small plates, and while it is not up online yet, a sample menu can be viewed here.
