As the effects of COVID continue to be felt in Portland’s food and drink industry, restaurants are getting creative and showing strength in unity by coming together through pop-up events and collaborating takeout menus. Below you can find our list of upcoming pop-ups throughout Portland. As always, be sure to check back as we will be updating this list as time goes on.

The Sugar High Donut: Join them for their first pop-up which will take place at Urban Farm Fermentory Tasting Room Thursday & Friday, March 4th & 5th from 8am-1pm (or sellout) serving up sugary & fancy donuts, such as their Strawberry Shortcake, Cinnamon Sugar, Cookies & Cream, Maple Bourbon Bacon & more! Menu will also include coffee, their Spicy Boy Sammy (Black Pepper Biscuit, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Pimento Cheese Spread, & Tabasco Pickles) & their Early Bird Sammy (Brown Butter Biscuit, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Square Egg, Sausage Gravy).
Central Provisions: Will be at Little Giant in the West End Monday, March 8th offering 5 o’clock or 7 o’clock seatings. Menu includes Tile File Crudo, Roasted Dragon Carrots, Crispy Pork Belly, Burnt Caramel Custard & more. Reservations can be made by emailing info@central-provisions.com.
Small Axe: Hosted by East Ender on Middle Street, Small Axe Pop-Up is based on their original 2013 Food Truck, offering food meant to be eaten casually, and that is fun and hearty yet mindfully crafted. Starting February 5th, they will be launching a guest chef series.

- March 5th and 6th – Briana Holt from Tandem
- March 19th and 20th – Peter Uzzell from Oxbow Blending and Bottling
- March 26th and 27th – Chef Ilma Lopez from Chaval
Terlingua: Hop on over to Washington Avenue every other Tuesday now through April to catch the Terlingua Market Series, where they will be partnering with a different local restaurant to see what deliciousness can be created using their smoked meats.

Con Todo: Starting in March, the Spanish and French brasserie, Chaval, will be launching their pop-up series, Con Todo, which promises “no boundaries, just good fun!!” Each pop-up will take place every 3-4 weeks on Mondays each with its own theme. The first pop-up theme is Chef’s Night Out in KTown and will be taking place Monday, March 1st. More to come.
Crispy Gai: Chefs Jordan Rubin (of Mr. Tuna) and Cyle Reynolds launched Crispy Gai Thai Fried Chicken back in November of 2020. Currently operating out of the Public House Market in Monument Square (where Mr. Tuna resides) all items can be found here and are available to be ordered online for takeout Friday-Monday 3-7pm.
XO Burger & Wings: Takeout and delivery eats from the team behind Eventide Oyster Co., The Honey Paw, & Hugo’s Restaurant offering crushable Americana that pledges allegiance to the snackability index. Open for online ordering Wednesday-Monday 5pm- 9pm.
