Doshi TAKEOVER AT Onggi Ferments 8/14!! ❤️ We’ve got chef Susan Kim in the house next Sunday! So so excited to host (and honestly can’t wait to eat all the food). Cya there!
Susan’s been doing pop-ups as Doshi all over the US and we’ve watched with pure jealousy. But now she’s making her way to little ol’ Onggi here in Portland, ME and we are feeling blessed!!

“Susan Kim, Seoul-born and California-raised, cooked at Chez Panisse before moving to NYC in 2016. She doesn’t have many memories of her early childhood in Korea, but the ones she does have are all related to food.”
