A night of estatic dancing & yin yoga to help shake off the feelings from Mercury Retrograde and ground down into the present. We’ll be dancing for the first half to shake out the feels from this past retrograde, with a playlist curated by Em MacNichol, Reiki Master and Witch. Then having a check-in about the effects of this Mercury Retrograde, and ending the night with grounding yin yoga taught by Lu Suarez, who is trained in Yin, Hatha and trauma-informed yoga.
