Strength & Conditioning squad – we’re taking your favorite high energy, full body workout to the deck for a featured outdoor class in June, July and August with Jennifer! We’ll bring the resistance bands, you’ll target the major muscle groups through a combo of dynamic strength and cardio movements (you know you love the 5-min core burnout).

Vinyasa crew – you have not just one but *two* opportunities to flow outside with Tizzy this summer. Get ready for the creative sequences and amped up tunes you know and love, followed by a tasty brunch beverage to sip on following class. Feel the ocean breeze, smell the salt water and listen to the sound of the waves…and the pumping jams…during these can’t miss classes!
