On Thursday night, in front of a sold-out crowd at the State Theatre, Portland’s newest professional franchise, Hearts of Pine (Website|Instagram|Facebook), unveiled their highly anticipated home kit. Although the team’s debut season isn’t until 2025, they’ve already generated significant excitement across the city. The striking green and navy striped jerseys, featuring the team crest, “Maine” across the front, and the iconic L.L. Bean logo on the sleeve, have quickly become a must-have item for fans as the holiday season approaches.
Adding to the buzz, Hearts of Pine announced the opening of a pop-up shop at 65 Hanover Street. For now, the shop will be open from November 23 to December 1, operating daily from 11 AM to 7 PM, with Sunday hours from 11 AM to 5 PM. Store hours are set to update weekly as the team gauges demand.
In addition to the new jerseys, the pop-up shop offers a wide range of merchandise, including hats, scarves, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. Hearts of Pine also introduced Women of Hearts, their first-ever women’s apparel line. Courteously designed by women, for women, this exclusive collection features designs from local artists Kristin Fuhrmann-Simmons and Alexa LaPlante.
While long-sleeve, women’s, and youth jerseys are not yet available for in-store purchase, samples are on hand for fans to see, feel, and try on. These styles can be ordered online and will begin shipping on December 2, with hopes to have them available in-store soon.
If you can’t make it to their pop-up shop, you can still order online. Place your order by December 13th at 2 PM to ensure delivery before December 25th.
