Our state-of-the art smoker (nicknamed “Mama”) is one of a kind and custom built, and we use only wood and handcrafted rubs to slow smoke our meats. No gas touches our product- guaranteed. We use high quality, all natural meats and vegetable and we offer locally crafted beers and daily specials.
