Coming into March has been a bit more lion-like than in recent memory, and we’re staring down yet another huge snowstorm after what has been a rather inconsistent winter in Maine. Snow bans have already been announced for both nights this weekend, from 10PM Friday, March 3rd, until 6AM Saturday, and then AGAIN, 10PM Saturday, until 6AM Sunday.
That being said, a little snow (okay, maybe a lot) will never hold all of us Mainers down, even when there are parking bans announced. If you do decide to go out in the storm, there are some spots you can find great snow day deals, but we urge you to please practice caution while out and about.
Pro tip: Make sure you check the Yellow Zone map for priority levels on snow bans – much of the Old Port does not start towing until 1:30AM!
Pro Pro tip: The weather is an unpredictable beast, and we can only plan so far ahead. It’s always best to call ahead to make sure!
