Friday

If you’re a runner, you don’t want to miss one last island run on Peaks with the Think Quad Squad! Catch the 5:35 ferry departure over for a beautiful scenic run and post-run refreshments at The Inn on Peaks Island!

You definitely don’t want to miss A Band Beyond Description’s last hurrah on the deck at Portland Lobster Company, starting at 6 pm! Say goodbye until next year and keep warm with some drinks and delicious lobster.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and that means it’s time for the Witches Wear Pink 6th Annual Cocktail Party! Join them for an auction to raise funds for Breast Cancer research, starting at 7 pm at Aura!

Get the cocktails flowing for an all-out cajun-style romp with Sylvain’s Acadian Aces as they play at Maine Craft Distilling starting at 7 pm! Allons-y tout le monde!

Saturday

Join eighteen twenty wines for a morning of relaxation with Yoga & Facials! Space is limited, so be sure to reserve a spot ahead of time… Oh yeah, and it’s FREE! The relaxation begins at 9 am.

Celebrate the hop harvest at Hoptoberfest, presented by the Hop Yard at the Thirsty Pig! Get ready for a fun, fall day filled with live music, brats, and special beer from over a dozen breweries, starting at noon!

Also starting at noon, to celebrate the release of their brand new Moscato, Blue Lobster Wine Company is hosting a cupcake & wine pairing that those with a sweet tooth will not want to miss!

If you’re just starting your yoga journey or need a refresher on the basics, the Beginner Yogi Series at Lila East End Yoga is the place for you! Take the time to pause and be in tune with your body at 3 pm.

Sunday

Jibe Cycling Studio is bringing all 35 of their bikes to Bonfire Country Bar for two Sunday Funday Country Rides! Featuring a killer country playlist and followed up by a bloody mary or a mimosa, hop on the bike at 10 am!

You don’t want to miss the goods you’ll find at Thompson’s Point during the Portland Yard Sale! This community shop-for-a-cause will feature goods from Maine-based shops, artisans, and restaurants, with 100% of proceeds going toward reuniting families that have been separated at the border through the organization RAICES.

Grab a pumpkin and head to Congress Square Park for a pumpkin carving/decorating/painting celebration and contest! Prizes will be awarded to the most creative pumpkin artists! This event begins at 4 pm and there will be donuts and cider, enough said.
