Bintliff’s American Cafe was founded by Roger Bintliff in 1989. It quickly became a local landmark and is a long-time favorite of Portlanders. Joe and Diane Catoggio purchased the restaurant from Roger in 2003 and have continued the Bintliff’s brunch tradition.
