Mainer meets Frenchie, who marry and together dream of opening a bakery. They move to Paris, learn to bake, and eventually settle in Mainer’s hometown to raise a family and open a bakery. A historic storefront at the top of Munjoy Hill becomes available and the dream becomes real.

Owners Chris and Amy focus on laminated pastries, and roman style pizza, using local and seasonal fruits, vegetables and grains whenever possible.
