I brought in my great aunt's ring to see if Cheryl could reset it to something a bit more my taste and the product is beyond anything I could have imagined. Cheryl did a fantastic job rebuilding a very old bracelet of mine. 24 hinge posts in all. Drilled and re-pinned each one. She even took the time to rebuild the latch. She is clearly a jeweler with all the expertise needed to tackle even the most complex and delicate repairs. I couldn't have asked for any more.
