The Old Port Sea Grill, opened in the fall of 2002, is located in the heart of Portland’s historic Old Port district. Our modern interior features a custom concrete bar, a large lounge area that seats up to 50 people, a dining room that can accommodate up to 60 guests, and features a 330 gallon salt water fish tank.

The seafood-driven menu focuses on a variety of local and imported fresh fish and shellfish, with an emphasis on east coast cold water oysters and other raw bar offerings. Paired with a food-friendly wine list, local craft-style beers on draft and an extensive cocktail program to make for an exciting dining experience.

Great Food. GREAT SERVICE 👍!!! This place was definitely flexible. I like that. Sometimes i like building my own dish. Today this place let me build my own plate for my 42nd birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 so I respect that. I spent 4 hours here and it was awesome. I couldn't be happier. Great restaurants and great peeps with great eats. Bartender Joshua did a great job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I hope to come back next time I find myself in Maine. I give this place 10 stars 🌟 11 / 22 /24

Excellent experience tonight. We were dining with 4 adults and two children (3 and 6). First, the hostess seated us near the aquarium! BIG HIT! Second, our server Robbie was patient, attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was outstanding! Fresh, hot, flavorful, and fresh! THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE DINING EXPERIENCE IN PORTLAND.

We started with clam chowder and crab cakes. Both were very good, the chowder was a little more watery than i like, but tasty. We all got the Twin Lazy Lobsters, they are market price which at the moment is $75 per plate. You get a good bit of lobster which is cooked perfectly and comes with plenty of butter. The potatoes were great and the green beans were excellent, they put some seasoning magic on those. We liked the atmosphere and our waiter was very nice and helpful. We just wish the lobster was slightly more affordable, but if you’re already spending money, spend a little more and stop by.

Had a nice dinner here. Did not have reservations on a Saturday night, but was welcomed without a problem. Had lobster roll, side Caesar salad, fish, and chips, and a cup of clam chowder,. The clam chowder was pretty good, the lobster roll was pretty good. The Caesar salad was just mediocre. And the fish and chips were OK too.
