Today, CHART Metalworks made the heartfelt announcement of their impending closure. Founded in 2008 under the ownership of its original owner, the business transitioned to the ownership of Sea Bags before being acquired by Janice Sears, the current owner. Throughout its journey, CHART Metalworks has remained a beacon of creativity and craftsmanship, leaving a mark on the city it calls home.
Renowned for their exquisite jewelry and accessories, each piece at CHART Metalworks is a testament to meticulous design and unparalleled artistry. With a process that involves in-house design and hand-casting, they create unique treasures that hold personal significance for their customers. By incorporating maps, charts, or graphics onto specially coated paper and sealing them with layers of boater’s resin, they produce enduring pieces of beauty and durability. Every creation is then delicately engraved and polished by hand to achieve a flawless satin finish.
As they prepare to bid farewell, CHART Metalworks is extending a heartfelt offer of a 40% discount on all orders, both online and in-store. Custom orders are kindly requested to be submitted for approval by May 1st, while existing and standard graphic orders will be accepted until May 8th. Throughout the month of May, their doors will remain open from 9-6 daily, showcasing a stunning array of ready-made pieces waiting to be cherished.
Although their departure will be deeply felt, the legacy of CHART Metalworks will endure as a testament to their unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and community. Their presence will be sorely missed, but the memories they’ve created and the beauty they’ve brought into the world will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those they’ve touched.
