Fête Market is a curated, pop-up shopping experience with a laid back, block party vibe. Enjoy live music, food trucks, drinks, and the work of 20+ local artists and creatives. Fête Market is a LGBTQ+ safe space and a great place to slow down and enjoy friends and family. Each market date exhibits a unique selection of local vendors. Expect work from Maine soapers, ceramicists, metalsmiths, woodworkers, jewelers, weavers, artists, fashion curators, leathersmiths and more.
Mel Andrel (they/them) is a mixed-media artist and freelance graphic designer based in Portland, Maine. They started their business in 2018, and began wholesaling their work in 2022, but really kicked things into gear last summer, growing their stockists from 3 to 45+ cute, curated shops.
Mel is excited to offer a workshop that will empower other makers to quickly grow their business to its full potential!
