Dila’s Kitchen is officially set for its grand opening inside Portland’s Public Market House Friday, March 4th, 2022 after a few dates of soft openings in early February.
Located on the second floor, neighboring The Frying Dutchman, Kamasouptra, and Pho Huong, Dila’s Kitchen will be a Kebab-centric menu based around Owner Dila Maloney’s Turkish heritage.
Friday and Saturday’s menu (shown below) will include both “Herbivore” and “Carnivore” Kebabs, Turkish soda, tea, and coffee, as well as, both a sandwich/burger special. Hours this weekend will run Friday and Saturday 11AM-5PM and Sunday 11AM-3PM for Turkish breakfast.
Regular hours will be Monday – Wendesday 11AM-4PM, Friday – Saturday 11AM-5PM.
