The highly anticipated grand opening of Quanto Basta will be happening Thursday, July 20th, 2023 from 5PM – 10PM.
Owner Betsy English originally launched Quanta Basta in 2021 as a food truck which offered naturally-leavened Pizza Napoletana as well as Italian pastries and provisions on the side. Quanta Basta quickly built up a strong following with its authentic Italian recipes combined with fresh ingredients sourced from Maine farms.
The new brick-and-mortar is opening at 249 Congress Street, the previous home to LB Kitchen. Open only for walk-ins and counter-service, parties can order up a slice and seat themselves while they wait. Drinks will be available for order at the bar. Patio dining will be available, weather dependent. To-go orders will not be available at this time.
Quanto Basta will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5PM – 10PM; Sunday 11AM – 4PM; and Monday 5PM – 10PM to start.
