Noble Barbecue is relocating and will expand to become Noble Pizzeria & Barbecue.
After 7 successful years at their current location, Noble Barbecue is relocating to 476 Stevens Ave, in Deering Center. In this move, they will be dropping “Barbecue” from their name, and introducing NY Style Pizza to their current offerings to become Noble Pizzeria & Barbecue. This space was previously occupied by Elsmere BBQ & Wood Grill, and will feature a spacious dining area, an 18-seat bar, and outdoor dining that can accommodate 50 guests. Noble will remain open at their current location until the launch of Noble Pizzeria & Barbecue, which is slated for mid-July.
Guests can expect to see Noble favorites, such as chopped sandwiches, wings, smoked meats, milkshakes, and now – NY style pizza.
Founder of Noble, Ryan Carey, got his start in 2011 with a mobile wood-fired pizza business – Pizza Pie on The Fly. He mainly sold by the slice at festivals and fairs. From here, Ryan established Fire & Co a premium catering company. In 2017, he went on to create Noble Barbecue, and has been operating since at 1706 Forest Ave. Noble Pizzeria & Barbecue represents the culmination of Ryan and his team’s culinary endeavors, blending their expertise in pizza, barbecue, and hospitality.
