The Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine (CMTM) is set to host its highly anticipated fundraiser, Flying Colors Art Benefit Auction, on Friday, May 10th, 2024. Poised to be THE art experience of the season, the Flying Colors Art Benefit Auction brings together art enthusiasts, community members, and philanthropists in support of CMTM’s Community Fund.
What to Expect:
Highlights of the evening include the opportunity for guests to participate in a community art project, indulge in delightful bites courtesy of Big Tree Catering (The Honey Paw, Eventide Oyster Co., Hugo’s) and sip colorful concoctions courtesy of Thompson’s Point, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.
The Cause:
Proceeds from the auction directly support CMTM’s Community Fund, which provides access and inclusion programs, scholarships, and discounts for children and families in need. By participating in the event, attendees are contributing to a brighter future for the community, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to explore the wonders of imagination and play.

The Details
Flying Colors is a 21+ event, inviting adults to come together for a night of joy, inspiration, and impact.
It will be held on Friday, May 10th at The Children’s Museum and Theatre of Maine on Thompson’s Point in Portland, Maine. The event begins at 7pm, with a Host Committee Art Preview and Cocktail Hour from 6pm – 7pm.
