Transforming an old 2007 Ford ambulance into a new Maine-based business, Rum Runners is ready for coastal Maine to meet their mobile-bar experience.
Noticing a lack of quality drinks available at weddings and other events, Owner Adam Woodfin launched Rum Runners, a fully functional mobile cocktail and bar service, specializing in craft cocktails, local beer and curated wine lists. Bringing both quality and convenience to your next event, Rum Runners is fully equipped to handle all types of gatherings – from weddings, to anniversary celebrations, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties.
Inside the transformed ambulance sits an impressive setup. Four draft lines, two massive coolers, and an ice maker that ensures a seamless flow of chilled drinks. Providing the ultimate mobile bar experience, the new space allows for Woodfin and his team to craft innovative beverages (ones with a lasting impression) or ole faithfuls like Jack and Coke or Vodka Cranberry.
While classics are always on the menu, specialty craft cocktails are what Rum Runners considers the true stars. Smoke, foam, and other creative elements can be incorporated to elevate your drinking experience.
One of Adam’s personal favorites drinks for summer is the Jungle Bird, but also recommends classics like a gin martini or a Negroni.
But what really sets this mobile bar apart is its adaptability. Catering to individual preferences, whether you desire a full Italian wine menu, custom craft cocktails or a combination of the two, Rum Runners promises to go above and beyond to curate a personalized experience.
With their genuine bar feel, exceptional craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction, this mobile mixologist will bring the party wherever you need it!
Woodfin, a Maine native and a local to the Portland bar scene, has over two decades of bartending experience. He has been part of the opening team for restaurants such as Boone’s Fish House and tiki bar RHUM Food + Grog to name a few.
