Spring is here and it’s bringing with it some great live music. It seems like each day we’re hearing about more and more bands and artists being announced for this summer (ahem: see above), and we’re looking at a great year for live music and performances in Portland, Maine!
First things first, ahead this week are a popular guitar aficionado, local master musicians of tomorrow, a showcase of underground EDM, and a local band paying tribute to a recent milestone from a legendary rock album.
Don’t forget that you can always check out our Live Music Tonight calendar for the full list of live music in Portland!

Hosted by DJs Cybergiga and KTTNMTTNS, you can expect to hear techno, trance, house and so much more through the night. Music kicks off at 9PM. See the link below for more.
STAFF PICK

Brush off that old VHS of The Wizard of Oz and your old vinyl, because Pink Floyd’s legendary “The Dark Side of the Moon” album just turned 50 years old this month. Or – even better – get down to Portland House of Music & Events this Friday and Saturday, March 24th and 25th, for Tom Faunce Presents: Echoes – A Tribute to Pink Floyd.
The local tribute band will be playing two nights in celebration of Pink Floyd’s iconic album. Known for having amazing light shows and musical talent, this is one band that does a great job playing tribute.
