Best hotel I’ve stayed at! Our entire experience the staff truly knocked it out of the park! From when we arrived, my husband got food poisoning (from an outside restaurant), and when I called the front desk for Powerade, they immediately brought some to the room at 3am! So incredibly kind. The breakfast my son and I enjoyed was so enjoyable and the food was delicious. Our server was very attentive to every table and handled us with care. When we needed to extend our stay due to my husband’s illness, they allowed us to stay in our same room and the transition felt effortless. Our next morning my husband was able to enjoy the breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious! He said the blueberry muffin was the best he’d ever had! And I agree. From the oatmeal with pecans, blueberry muffins, delicious bacon and eggs… everything was great! Overall, we had an amazing stay and we didn’t want to leave! There were also tons of great shopping around us. Thank you again Portland Harbor Hotel!

While I will give this a high rating, I note this has among the slowest elevators on the planet. Also they want to charge an extra $35 per night convenience fee. ARE YOU KIDDING? That is most of the bad. There is more that is good. The check in staff was extremely kind and helpful with advice on places to go, parking options, etc. $45 for parking overnight there seems high since downtown Boston is about $50. But I saw a ramp charging $40 for a whole day so maybe that is just Portland pricing. Weird for a small town. Check out staff was very nice as well. They contacted the valet to get the car ready without me asking. Impressive!I must say the location is wonderful. The terrace area for drinks on the terrace is very nice. The rooms, bed, and bathrooms are very good and nice sized. The facility is quite clean.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food was great too. I will say that the walls/doors are a little thin so we easily heard people in the hall/next door/above us, but the AC is pretty loud too and drowns out a lot of the noise.Definitely recommend staying here for a nice night in Portland!

Perfect location just a short ride from the airport and right in the center of an amazing town. The rooms are perfectly designed and the hotel bar was great for a quick drink before heading out. The staff were very accommodating and friendly as well.

A wonderful and inviting oasis in the middle of a beautiful city. We had a great stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Ana at the front desk was quick to help inform us with places to eat and good coffee shops in town. Hotel lobby is beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. The room was cozy with a great view! We did not even need to use our car while staying here. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

The hotel is fine if a little dated. Location is excellent. Portland has a lot of branded hotels. The Hyatt Place is literally across the street. Maybe a better and cheaper option.
