I loved this hotel, from the beds to the shower and breakfast. It is located downtown Portland in a prime location. You have to use a key to get onto the elevator. They have complimentary water, cookies, and snacks on each floor in the evening. In the morning, they have pastries, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. You can go down to their restaurant and eat breakfast for a charge, but it is good! They also have valet parking, so you don't have to find a parking spot.

Great location! Rooms were very nice. Each floor had a common pantry area stocked with flavored waters, snacks, breakfast items, coffee, etc.

Excellent hotel and we loved most everything about it. However, the bartender, Ryland, was quite awful. On our first day, we asked if there are any happy hour specials on drinks and he said “not really”. Second, we ordered dirty martinis that were incredibly dry. We did send them back and he said he does 1 shot of vodka and 1 shot of vermouth and olive juice. He said it we want less vermouth, we should ask for it extra dry. We did not order them again.

We stayed here on Aug 31st for one evening. I read some negative reviews on rooms or service but we experienced the exact opposite. My wife and I stayed in a junior suite and loved the room, I saw a review about an uncomfortable bed but both my wife and I thought it was very comfortable. The room had a small gas fireplace which was a cool touch. It also had a very large bathtub with a whirlpool tub.The service was excellent, from the valet to the staff at the front desk and folks who delivered room service. We had breakfast in the room and when I called down to request butter I swear it took less than 60seconds for someone to bring it up. We had a great experience all around and would certainly recommend and both said we would stay again based on the experience we had.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of everything you need in downtown Portland. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the pantry on each floor is a nice touch with all sorts of snacks, coffee, waters, etc… All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The views from our floor couldn’t be beat either.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at! Our entire experience the staff truly knocked it out of the park! From when we arrived, my husband got food poisoning (from an outside restaurant), and when I called the front desk for Powerade, they immediately brought some to the room at 3am! So incredibly kind. The breakfast my son and I enjoyed was so enjoyable and the food was delicious. Our server was very attentive to every table and handled us with care. When we needed to extend our stay due to my husband’s illness, they allowed us to stay in our same room and the transition felt effortless. Our next morning my husband was able to enjoy the breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious! He said the blueberry muffin was the best he’d ever had! And I agree. From the oatmeal with pecans, blueberry muffins, delicious bacon and eggs… everything was great! Overall, we had an amazing stay and we didn’t want to leave! There were also tons of great shopping around us. Thank you again Portland Harbor Hotel!
