On Tuesday, October 22 Harding Lee Smith will be hosting an intimate tour of all four of his Rooms. With the recent opening of his fourth restaurant, Boone’s Fish House and Oyster Room, Chef Smith is proud to offer a unique evening, spotlighting dishes at his four distinctive eateries.
Collaborating with Portland Taste Tours, Smith wants to reach out personally to the people that love his food. He wishes for this to be a way to feel the cohesion between the four Rooms, while still appreciating the distinct culinary styles that come with dining at each.
The tour will be conducted mainly on foot, with transportation provided to the furthest destination of The Front Room. Limited parking spaces are available at Boone’s, with nearby parking available on street or in garages.
