The arrival of the outdoor music season is finally upon us!

With the warming weather, local venues are unveiling their outdoor areas and hosting some of Portland’s finest music acts. This week, The Porthole debuts its deck with a performance by Chase Jobe & The Runnin’ Kind on Friday, May 3rd. Just a few piers away, Portland Lobster Company has opened up, showcasing a performance by the local duo Halliburton & Winsor to kick off the music festivities on Saturday, May 4th!

Sarah Jarosz, a four-time GRAMMY winner, is embarking on a United States tour to celebrate her latest album, Polaroid Lovers. With this seventh album, Jarosz, a highly acclaimed songwriter, finds herself amidst significant change. Originally from Texas, she had resided in New York City for most of her adult life. However, just before crafting the album, Jarosz departed from her adopted city to join her soon-to-be husband in Nashville, TN. This geographical transition sparked a corresponding shift in the sonic landscape of Polaroid Lovers.
