Seaweed Week | Multiple Locations | April 22nd – May 1st
The 4th annual statewide food and drink festival Seaweed Week begins April 22nd, 2022, and will run until May 1st, 2022. Celebrating Maine’s kelp harvest, Seaweed Week will feature special events, one-time-only menus and limited-edition items from local bars, restaurants, brewers, bakers and more. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and help clean up the Eastern Prom! After a successful Earth Day clean-up with Portland Parks, Recreation & Facilities last year, they’re doing it again!Wear comfortable clothes, bring some water, and meet of your neighbors while you give back to the beautiful park in our backyard.
Too Many Zooz w/ Karina Rykman| Aura | 8:00 PM Doors – 9:00 PM Show

Help clean up garbage with L.L Bean (garbage hauling kindly sponsored by Garbage to Garden and Saltwater Classroom, stop by the Children’s Museum for special Earth Day programming, head over to Rosemont Market for a wine tasting, and enjoy giveaways with Maine Community Solar!
420 Party| Free Street | 7:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Come out and party with Sweetspot Dispensary at Free St. restaurant and cocktail bar! It’s FREE ADMISSION all night, great live music (Catcha Vibe, Royal Hammer, and B Positive) starts at 7:30 and there will be giveaways and prizes being announced throughout the night!
Post Shift Pub Crawl with Banded Brewing Co. | Multiple Locations | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Beginning at Andy’s Old Port Pub at 4pm! Their second stop of the crawl is the Portland Beer Hub at 5pm, and finally, Amigos to round out the evening beginning at 6pm and ending by 7pm. Punch the clock, and come celebrate the release of Banded Brewing Co’s new Milltown Lager.

Bonnie Raitt: Just Like That Tour | Merrill Auditorium | 8:00 PM
Bonnie Raitt is a singer, songwriter and guitarist whose unique style blends blues, R&B, rock and pop. After 20 years as a cult favorite, she broke through to the top in the early 90’s with her GRAMMY-award winning albums, ‘Nick of Time’ and ‘Luck of the Draw’, which featured hits, “Something to Talk About” and “I Can’t Make You Love Me” among others. Jon Irabagon Quartet | SPACE Gallery | 7:30 PM
Join the Chicago-bred saxophonist and his heavy-hitting quartet: Matt Mitchell on Fender Rhodes, Chris Lightcap on bass, and Dan Weiss on drums! Irabagon builds on a foundation of modern classical and late-period John Coltrane to his compositional base, focusing primarily on mixed chamber ensembles to take advantage of hand-chosen musicians’ voices and attitudes.
