Born and raised on the NH seacoast Chad Banks played many instruments as a kid, but settled on drums and transitioned into DJ’ing shortly after. Having had a rap group in highschool inspired him to go to Full Sail University where he graduated with an associates degree in audio engineering/ recording arts. Since graduation he has moved back to NH and is resident DJ at The Press Room in Portsmouth.
Long format mixes swapping bass lines and looping drums all night with Nu Disco, Deep House, Dance, Electronic, Drum n Bass, Jackin House, Vocal House mixes and mashups. Influences include Purple Disco Machine, A-Track, Groove Armada, Kiesza, Martin Solveig, Babert, Fat Boy Slim, Zhu, Daft Punk and so much more.
