The food menu for Paper Tiger is curated by Executive Chef Nace Cohen. Visitors can expect some raw bar offerings like oysters and crudo. Some of their other offerings include steamed buns, coconut wings and umami fries. Their cocktail menu is filled with different craft cocktails including their play on a classic Scorpion Bowl.

Paper Tiger has multiple different seating options, including waterfall tables and booths that can sit between 4 to 10 people. They’ll feature traditional bar seating but also plan to install a concrete bar facing the large windows for prime people watching. During the warmer months, Paper Tiger will have expansive patio seating.

It was later after the sunset cruise so many restaurants are already closed. It was next to our hotel so we want to give it a shot. We ordered their special fried cod sandwich and their Tokyo ramen. Fried cod sandwich was alright, can be a little more crispy and more favor. Ramen is good size as a late dinner meal, good but a little bit salty to my taste. Overall is good though.

Very fun restaurant with amazing food and drinks. Highly recommend the green beans, loved the addition of Feta. The happy hour oysters were a steal. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious food, creative drinks, and a fun atmosphere- we stop in each time we go to Portland, I would highly recommend it! I'm particularly fond of the cold noodles, and the tiki drinks are FANTASTIC.

Had their Szechuan wings and poutine. The wings were cooked perfectly with a nice crunch and the ranch that came with it was delicious too. A bit salty but good. The Poutine was not something I’d ever order again. Extremely salty and not a nice flavor, was quite disappointed. The late night burger was pretty good too. They served us food at 1230am which was nice and the service was great.

Finally got a chance to have dinner and cocktails at Paper Tiger. My husband and I Loved the cocktails and the food was delicious!! Our server was fantastic the music and ambience were all amazing. Highly recommend and Paper Tiger will be one of our favorites to add to our must return list!

Stopped in to try this place after seeing the menu online. The atmosphere is very quaint and fresh. The staff is warm, friendly, and more than willing to have a good chat if they're not too busy. The evening bartender is especially fantastic! Our server recommended a wonderful white wine to accompany my dinner and was extremely careful to make sure the chef was aware of my specific allergy. We had the papaya salad, green beans, lumpia, the duck steamed bun special (easily the best thing I had to eat, so so good), and finished with the coconut tres leches. Food was delicious and tasted fresh, I especially enjoyed that I could see the chef working in the kitchen through the service window. 5/5 I will definitely be returning for another date night in the future!

Wonderful cuisine. Fell on love with their pepper mushroom. The place was a bit empty when we went but we came out of season. The price a bit on the higher side but the portions are really great to share. Bring a date!

We had the best cocktails here this week! The Rumba punch was one of our favorites. We had small plates, the green beans were so tasty and fresh. We will definitely meet back up here as the service was friendly and quick!

Been here 3 times now and been impressed every time. Great vibes and aesthetic with fast and friendly staff/service with great priced and tasty food. This is a perfect place to come for lunch, dinner, or even late night eating. The bartenders make incredible drinks with plenty of seasonal/one off drinks as well. This is one of the best spots in Portland in my mind! In my opinion the fries are a must try especially with the house sauce as well as the double cheeseburger. Great date spot or just grabbing drinks/food with friends. Just make sure you add this to your must visit spots while in Portland.
