Bar Publica: A Pan-Latin restaurant and cocktail bar in West Bayside, happy hour runs Monday – Friday from 3pm – 6pm and includes deals on food and drinks. $10 Espresso Martini (i.e. the Do It Faster), half off street dogs, $5 margaritas, $3 tea shots, a $8 beer + shot combo, and more.
