These fun and information packed sessions are open to LGBTQIA+ community members. Come gain effective and accessible verbal and physical tools to prevent and respond to violence in all its forms. Gain tools for managing adrenaline in stressful moments and strategies for setting boundaries, de-escalating situations, and responding forcefully when needed.
While addressing serious topics and situation, this classis engaging and built around the ethic of challenge by a choice. There are many ways to participate and you decide what works for you; watcha an exercise, participate in a role play, strike a bag, practice grab and release with or without touch. All physical techniques are accessible and adaptable.

Join us for an explosive drag show hosted by Gem Fatale at St. Lawrence Arts! Featuring the returning talents of Raya Sunshine and Seth Thorn of Portsmouth,NH, and welcoming Sarah Tonin and Tasha Tektite of Portland!
Debuting on February 5th! Dragology is the first show of its kind debuting at St.Lawrence arts. Experience the art of drag told by performers from across New England all in one exciting night! “Being normal is vastly overrated” said Debbie Reynolds from the classic Disney movie Halloweentown, and this show embodies just that! Dragology will focus on conceptual numbers and ballads that combine drag performance with multimedia tools and effects for the ultimate Drag experience!
This show is 21+ adult themes and subject matter will be present.
