As Pablo Picasso once said, “It is the artist’s role to bring order out of chaos.”
Autumn is a season of transition—school has started, winter is coming, holidays are impending—and with transition comes its partner, chaos. It can make you feel like a screaming pumpkin one minute and a quiet falling leaf the next. Luckily, we can use our own artistry and imagination to help us discover the possibilities of Fall’s unique, and sometimes chaotic, transitions. Using acrylic paint and collage, we’ll paint 10×10 canvases to navigate our way through Autumn’s upheavals.
