Welcome to the sixth annual Seaweed Week! Beginning Friday, April 19th, and running through Sunday, April 28th, you can enjoy seaweed food, drinks, crafts and events – from burgers and beer, cocktails and salad, even ice cream – all featuring Maine seaweed at businesses across the state.
Local restaurant and bar menus feature unique seaweed specials!
Brewers, bakers, distillers, chocolatiers, cheesemakers, and other artisans launch limited-edition releases
Events include a kick-off party, seaweed ID walks and workshops, product launches, and kelp farm tours
Seaweed Week Farmers Market! Buy kelp direct from local farms and cook with it at home
Happy Hour is back by popular demand! Starting on November 1st, join us between 2pm and 5pm, Monday through Friday, for a Happy Hour experience that is as amazing as our breathtaking ocean views.
Our Happy Hour is the perfect opportunity to unwind and indulge in our delicious food and seasonal cocktails, all while taking in the serene beauty of our coastal surroundings.
Please take note that our Happy Hour offerings are exclusively available at our bar seating.
Salvage: Happy Hour at BBQ joint runs Wednesday-Friday 2 PM-5 PM. Stop by for food specials, $5 micros, $5 well drinks, and $5 wines.
The Honey Paw: Monday – Friday from 3-5pm enjoy happy hour at The Honey Paw. Discounted food, beer, and wine.
Dok Mali: Dok Mali Thai Kitchen runs Happy Hour Tuesday – Friday from 3:30 PM – 5 PM. Deals on dumplings, cocktails, draft beer, starters and wine.
Henry’s Public House: A modern American tavern, Monday – Friday from 4pm – 6pm enjoy $6 Guinness, $3 Gansett and $9 house wine (red, white and sparkling). The deals get even bigger with Henry’s The Big Hank special which includes two 4 oz Caldwell farms beef patties, American cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles, special sauce, on a sesame bun, house fries, and any draft beer for $20. The Big Hank runs all day, every day.

Terrarium: This urban garden center and hub for DIY terrarium creations also serves up house made snacks, soups, local craft beer, wine, coffee and tea. Happy hour currently includes 50% off on all drinks! Runs Wednesday – Friday, 4pm – 6pm. View menu.
Come Rock Around-the-World! Join us for the revival of the Multilingual and Multicultural Center’s global rock and roll extravaganza. Learn dances from different cultures, enjoy delicious international hors d’oeuvres, a 50-50 raffle, and a silent and live auction of goods and services from Portland and around the world. This event is a fundraiser to benefit the Make It Happen and out-of-school programs for multilingual students in Portland Public Schools.
