We are thrilled announce an unforgettable culinary experience, Hell Night, taking place on Monday, February 26th, at 6:00 PM. Get ready to indulge in an evening filled with fiery flavors and bold dishes that will ignite your taste buds!
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on the menu created by our Executive Chef, Wilson Rothschild:
- Lobster Fresno Poppers: Succulent lobster paired with the heat of Fresno chilies for a tantalizing appetizer.
- Chicken Wings: Crispy wings with tamarind and serrano peppers, perfect for those who crave the heat.
- Devil Deviled Eggs: A devilishly delicious twist on a classic, fried oyster, pickled white habanito, featuring a spicy kick that will keep you coming back for more.
- Brisket Meatball: Meatballs with a kick, made with spicy ghost peppers from our garden and delicious blue cheese for a flavorful, satisfying dish.
- Blood Orange Coconut Creamsicle: The perfect palate cleanser, blending tangy blood orange with creamy coconut to cool your down
- Duck Fideos: Using a combination of different peppers which adds depth to every bite. We use Tepín, Pequín, Árbol, Wiri Wiri, Morita, spinach, and fried garlic in this final dish.
- Mango-Apple Cobbler: A delightful fusion of sweet mango and tangy apple, crowned with a cornmeal crumble and a spicy kick of red jalapeño, served alongside creamy horchata ice cream and drizzled with prickly pear syrup.
