If you want a 'good ole smoker feed', go to a roadside pit, if you want a new look on BBQ, this is the place! Food was excellent (not as spicy as I would like) with beautiful presentation and great wait staff. Finding a parking spot was horrible and not accessible to any slight mobility issue.

We were blown away by this place! We sat outside on the patio and it was so cozy and fun! My wife and I got the succotash to start and it was incredibly delicious. I got the brisket tacos while she got the fish tacos. I would say that these tacos were in the top 3 tacos that I’ve ever had! HIGHLY recommend! Also loved the hot sauces. So yummy!

We absolutely adore this place! While Terlingua is our go-to spot for takeout, we truly relish the chance to savor the dining-in experience. Today marked our first time enjoying the outdoor patio, and it's no surprise that it's always booked with a wait—it's incredibly charming! The picnic benches were spacious and comfortable. For today's visit, we decided to try the fried ribs (which were a special, explore the options on their website daily). Hands down, they were the best ribs we've ever had—sticky, sweet, with just the right amount of spice. For lunch, we stuck to our tried-and-true favorites: the brisket tacos and the lunch board. The cornbread, pickled veggies, and giddyup sauce truly complete the plate. You can never go wrong with this selection. Our advice: plan ahead and make reservations, or opt for takeout. You won't regret it!

Visited Terlingua a few weeks ago, and we were very much impressed. The smoked meats were mouthwatering, and all of our dishes were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised.

Decided on this place because we wanted some good smoked meats. It definitely didn’t disappoint! With many options to chose from for seating. Outside decks, covered with heaters if needed. But let’s get to the food. The corn succotash is warm and perfect. We ordered the clam cakes as an appy. They are huge and worth every penny. Then we had the small dinner board. OMG the brisket though! And the grilled cornbread! Their Sangria is so refreshing you will want to take a growler home. Yes, I said growler. They sell them to go in their market along with their sauces. I took home a gluten free bread made locally. Review to follow on that!

A must stop for BBQ while in Portland! The service and food were both amazing. Started off with the tortilla chips and guacamole, which was amazing. Also, need to try the Mac and cheese appetizer which our little food conniseur highly approved. For entree, we tried the 2lb BBQ Board meat platter - this was plenty of food for two adults and three teenagers. The drinks consisted of Maine Lunch (beer) and Old Fashioned drink which were both amazing.. Can't wait to return here when back in Portland!!

Very good barbecue restaurant with a Mexican twist. We started with a few drinks from their tequila inspired cocktail menu. We then started off with the succotash which was excellent. The cotija mixed very well with the fresh seasonal vegetables. There were three of us and we share the large barbecue board -it was more then enough for three people and would rest for four. Each bit of meat with better than the next. The ribs were excellent and the pork and brisket were extremely tender. The corn bread was divine, it is very buttery but delicious.
