The fun-not-fancy attire is clear, but we’re ready to help in case you are better at a bowline than a bow tie.
This evening event is designed for adults, but you will get to know some of the teens who take part in our outdoor programs as they spin tunes, show films, tell stories and assist with our raffle and live auction.

MTB in CV – Carrabassett Valley mountain bike trail offers cross-country riding spanning to Freeman Township. You’ll get a condo for two nights, full suspension rental bikes and professional technique instruction on a guided, private ride.
Packraft in Katahdin Woods & Waters – A guided, overnight hike and rafting trip with Packraft Maine, a guiding service that strives to reduce impact and boost adventure. Using bicycles and inflatable packrafts, you’ll access remote areas without the need for long car rides.

Each child will be able to gather 20 Eggs! There will be golden eggs that will be hidden! If you find a golden egg, turn it in for a bigger prize! Face Painting, Side Walk Chalk Area, Potato Sack Racing with “Tater” and more! Our team hopes to see you there!
A Mama Dinosaur left her eggs throughout the Museum & Theatre; we need help collecting them! Children are invited to search for colorful dino eggs and try their luck at the golden dino egg challenge on April 8 and 9. During the event, visitors are invited to stop by the Makerspace to create a dinosaur-themed craft, explore fossils, and have a tasty snack to finish the celebration. All dino egg hunters will receive a special bag for collecting their eggs and prizes. Please leave bags, buckets, or baskets at home. This special event is part of our membership program “block-out” dates, so all visitors (including members!) must purchase tickets. All Access Members and Scholarship Members can contact boxoffice@kitetails.org or call 207-828-1234 for tickets. CMTM is open to the public from 11 am-4 pm after the event. Separate reservations are required after 11 am.
MakerSpace: Dino-Take Over! Create a dinosaur-themed project, including making Dino Puppets at the workbenches.

IDEXX Stem Learning Hub: Dinosaur Fossil Footsteps! Take a dramatic journey back to the Mesozoic Era to discover how fossils are made. Then, explore CMTM’s dinosaur fossil replicas, including a therapod footprint! Using play dough, we will recreate dinosaur footprints.
