- Chocolats Passion has opened their new location at 175 Spring Street in the former Mercy Hospital building. Award-winning chocolates, the new space is twice the size and allows more space for retail and production.The new shop will be open for holiday hours 1pm – 6pm through December 24th. Chocolats Passion is moving from their original location at 189 Brackett Street, which opened in September 2018.
- Lone Pine Brewing Co. has announced the launch of their first vodka line, American Craft Vodka. According to social media, American Craft Vodka is, “a culmination of a years-long commitment to the art of crafting imaginative and refined beverages that are approachable, accessible, and adaptive to versatile consumer taste. Six times distilled, and continually filtered though carbon, our American Craft Vodka is combined with New England’s pristine waters to create an 80 proof blend that is smooth, soft, and elegant.”
. - Bar Publica will be opening in West Bayside in the former home of The Yard. Bar Publica will be operating the space between Wilson County Barbecue and the upcoming Argentina Brewing. Reported originally by Portland Food Map, “Bar Publica will serve classic and house specialty cocktails as well as beer and wine and Latin American-inspired small plates.”
- Sacred Profane Co. has leased the former Stroudwater Distilling Co. space over in Thompson’s Point where they plan to open a second brewery and tasting room in early 2024.

- Foundation Brewing Co. is running their $25 Sunday Pizza Pack – one crispy square Detroit-style cheese pizza paired with your choice of two cans of beer (Additional toppings available at regular price), as well as, 2 Pints and a Pie Special for only $25 (available every Monday and Wednesday) for the winter season.
- 3 holiday bars you can check out in Portland, Maine.

- Bar Futo will be hosting another pop-up event, Trashy Classy, on Thursday, December 14th from 5pm – 9pm. They will be joined by Chef/Owner Shuai Wang of Jack Rabbit Filly and King BBQ for a night of dumplings, shabu shabu, 5 spice duck, shrimp toast and so much more! Reservations encouraged.
- Alongside State Lunch in Augusta, The Porthole will be hosting their Inaugural 3 Kings Holiday Party on December 16th. Celebrate the season in style with great food, drinks, and live entertainment. 100% of proceeds from ticket sales will be going to the Lewiston-Auburn Area Response Fund, organized by the Maine Community Foundation.
- Helm Oyster Bar & Bistro’s Prime Rib Dinner returns Sunday, December 17th with seatings from 5pm – 7:45pm. Roasts from Cold Spring Ranch, proper fixings, à la carte Raw Bar, ice cold martinis, and big reds! Book now through Resy.
