Anything from recent closings, openings, and headliners.
- Foundation Brewing Co. is celebrating 10 years on Saturday, March 9th. Established in 2014, the team will be celebrating with live music, food specials, throwback beers, and special anniversary merchandise all day.
- Blue Lobster Urban Winery has announced that they are expanding into a new location. After seven years at their current location, (219 Anderson St) they will be relocating down the road into Urban Farm Fermentory’s former location. In this new space, they plan to have more space for parking, an expanded tasting room, and handle the growth of the company. They are also planning to host more events, and expand their wine cocktail program.
- Seaweed Week will be returning for its 6th year! The annual kelp harvest celebration will take place April 19th – 28th. Beginning Friday, April 19th, and running through Sunday, April 28th, you can enjoy seaweed food, drinks, crafts and events – from burgers and beer, cocktails and salad, even ice cream – all featuring Maine seaweed at businesses across the state.

- Maine Restaurant Weeks starts March 1st and will run until March 12th. The chance to savor special prix-fixe menus from participating restaurants including Sur Lie, Batson River Brewing & Distilling, Henry’s Public House, The Knotted Apron, Luke’s Lobster Portland Pier, Paper Tiger, Papi and more.
- Maine Oyster Co. is hosting a Root Wild Shucking Class at
- Root Wild Kombucha on Thursday, March 14th. Tickets.
- Oxbow Blending & Bottling will be hosting a Maine Oystah Palooza on Friday, March 22nd. Oysters and more from Highroller, Jolie Rogers, Mr. Tuna, Love Point Osysters, Ferda Farms, and Maine Oyster Company. Tickets.
- Shay’s Grill Pub will be open St. Patrick’s Day early (9am – 3pm) with Corned Beef Specials, Burgers, Breakfast Burritos, Guiness and more.

- Bao Bao Dumpling House will be closed now through the end of March
- Both Tandem Coffee locations are closed for the week. Reopening March 6th.
- Zephyr Ice is closed on February 29th – March 3rd. Closed March 7th and reopen March 8th.
